.The first floor houses a small reception area, a professional kitchen and, most importantly is the embassy’s formal dining/meeting room. Mosaic floors, a decorative design ceiling, wall decor and a large open fireplace are features in this representative room, which also features one of the building’s several chandeliers. From the first floor, the representative red-carpeted staircase leads to the reception hall on the first floor. Mosaic floors, chandeliers beneath ornate ceilings and large bouquets of flowers await visitors. The reception hall houses the embassy offices on one side and the ambassadors’ room on the other, with a wall of books and another open fireplace. A staircase on one side of the embassy offices leads to the second floor where the ambassador’s apartment is located. The furnishings are more modern, with a large living room dominated by designer sofas and a white grand piano in front of another open fireplace. The bedroom incorporates the bathroom area with a shower and tub, keeping up with The Times. Only the toilet was housed in its own small room

- We sent the wrong item, or
