.A modern and vibrant urban villa, with a small courtyard garden in the middle of all the modular houses in classical colours and decor, was the inspiration for this MOC. An enclosed facade on the first floor hides a garage door and an entrance, both of which can be opened. Aside from the garage, a courtyard garden with a grill and a corner planting pond takes up most of the ground floor. The glass panels in the lounge area can be opened open to enjoy the barbecue both inside and outside. The central element on the first floor is a large half-storey bookcase. Together with the staircase, it divides the floor into the living area on the one hand and the dining and kitchen areas on the other. The glass curtain wall next to the dining table also opens to the green canopy. The second floor features modern open floor plan sleeping and health areas. Only the bathroom is separate. In addition to a spacious double bed, wardrobe, shower and tub, there is room for an exercise bike. - We sent the wrong item, or
